We live in a world that’s bought into the lie our work has to be perfect before it can be effective. Instead of “aim, shoot, FIRE,” we “aim, aim, AIM!”.
The problem with perfection is that it doesn’t exist, so ironically it is the lowest standard we can shoot for. Yet it is the number one thing blocking people from getting their work out to the world. People are so concerned with perfection of outcome, that many dreams, ideas, inventions, companies, and goals die before ever making it out of someone’s head.
